Jamie Robinson was a White House photographer for CBS during the Carter administration. She traveled the world with the President on Air Force One. She is also an accomplished artist and has had many exhibits of her work in some of the best galleries in this country and in Europe.
Jamie sees running this rescue as her biggest accomplishment. She gets up at 5am every morning to take care of the many litters of puppies & dogs that are found in boxes and dumpsters all over the city of Miami. She nurtures them back to health and puts them up for adoption. This is a total labor of love. She runs a cage-less rescue. All her puppies are fed organic food and run free. Jamie has dedicated her later years to saving dogs which she credit to saving her own life in a time of personal struggle. She believes dogs are god sent & should be treated as family members. Jamie makes sure the homes in which she places these dogs have the same feelings. Jamie is a one woman show running everything from the care of the dogs, to the adoption interview process, to the follow ups, and the list goes on and on. Jamie does the work of 20 people and she does it with love. The rescue sits on a acre of land where all the dogs have access to roam free. She gives every dog a kiss in the morning - you will find her signature red lipstick on the heads of every rescue & her entire day is focused around vet visits, dropping off and picking up neutered puppies, and appointments with potential new homes. Her life is dedicated to helping these animals.
