Blossom is a VERY special rescue because she dates back to Jamie's first rescue. Jamie decided to get a dog immediately, when her building association finally permitted it. Jamie wanted to teach her daughter sympathy & compassion, so she took her straight to the local animal shelter. Jamie walked in and immediately gravitated towards Blossom - the people at the shelter told Jamie they have NEVER seen a dog more broken. Blossom was terrified of people but lit up around other dogs so there was hope. Jamie had Blossom for 15 years - Rachel her daughter would grow up as Blossom being their family dog who loved them and came around with time & love. SUCCESS STORY !!!!
